Happy lunch packing season, everybody! Fall always gets me weirdly excited about school lunches again, lol! There is something about a tiny compartmented box that makes me want to arrange rice into a face.
How could anyone resist turning a plain sandwich into a panda, or a pile of fruit into a rainbow? Not me! My kitchen counter turns into a tiny assembly line most mornings.
Last October mine got a round of applause at pickup. I have not let it go since, haha!
